SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping for orders in the U.S.
For international orders. the receiver will be responsible for payment of duties, taxes, & fees.
All orders have a processing period of 3-10 business days.
You may expect to receive your print (U.S. orders only) within 7 - 10 business days (may be longer, depending on USPS workload)
Once the fulfillment process has begun, you will receive an email with tracking information to the email provided when the order was placed. Make sure to check your spam mail. Please allow up to 2 days for the tracking number to be updated by the mail carrier.
Sap Woodworks is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Delays are expected and delivery times are not guaranteed. During this time, your order may not be scanned by mail carriers for several days and may be delivered after the estimated delivery date.
Please note, Sap Woodworks is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct before submitting an order. Any orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be retrieved back from the mail carrier once it has departed the shop. If you have made a mistake on your shipping information after submitting your order, you must contact me immediately to edit or cancel your order within two hours after placing it, no exceptions.
