The Helene Series

The Helene Series- features trees I've collected from across the Southeast, all of which fell in the wake of Hurricane Helene. This is an evolving collection, and I'll continue to add to it as I print the many trees I've gathered. 

This collection will have a variety of species from South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Species include: Loblolly Pine, Black Locust, Southern Red Oak, Chestnut Oak, Sawtooth Oak, Catawba, Chinaberry, White Ash, White Oak, Chinese Chestnut, Eastern Red Cedar, Pecan, Hickory, Elm, Redbud, Dogwood, Pawpaw, Beech, Boxelder Maple and Hackberry.

Some of the wood is bound to split, check and warp over time. If you want a print that most closely matches the original print, it's best to order early. Personally, I love the character that these imperfections bring-the quiet marks of time and tension.

As of now each tree has been printed once to show what the tree and print look like. So all orders will be printed once they are ordered. And each order will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Please expect a bit of a wait- my usual turn around time is 12-15 days. This accounts for the making of the paper, printing each one by hand, drying time, shipping/handling, and handling the flow of incoming orders. I'm a one man business, so please be patient.
